How You Earn (3 Streams)
1) Membership Commissions (Personal Earnings)
- When you refer a restaurant and it activates a paid membership, you earn commission for each month that membership is successfully paid.
- Paid only when the restaurant's Stripe invoice is successfully paid.
- Calculated by rank and tracked monthly (no annualized or inflated math).
- Always visible inside your Agent Dashboard.
2) Override Commissions (Team Earnings)
- When drivers you recruit refer restaurants, you can earn overrides based on your rank and level rules.
- Overrides are automatically calculated after Stripe payment.
- Fully tracked, auditable, and visible by transaction.
- Policy note: overrides are paid on Month #1 signup (not on renewals).
3) Residual Commissions (Long-Term Income)
- Residual rewards experienced leaders and is kept clean to avoid confusion.
- Only the first qualified upline (Mentor, Builder, or RVP) earns the residual for that account.
- Residual starts after the 3-month holdback period (not immediately).
- Residual is not split across multiple people: one restaurant → one residual recipient.

Payouts & Vesting (Transparency)
- Every commission is logged as an individual record tied to a real Stripe invoice.
- 75% is available for payout immediately.
- 25% is vested and released after the vesting period.
- All payouts are traceable inside your dashboard records.
Tax Documents (1099-NEC)
- BlueBuzzer generates 1099-NEC forms based on actual paid income (not projections).
- Documents are available for download in your agent tax portal.
- Admin uploads + notifications are handled securely.
System Integrity (Fair Pay, No Surprises)
- Every commission is tied to a real paid Stripe invoice.
- Duplicate payments are blocked automatically.
- Referral relationships lock after the first successful payment (per policy).
- Only valid, paid transactions generate commissions.
Driver Update: Truth-Based Earnings Display
We removed projections and replaced them with policy snapshots so drivers always see reality.
- “Income Projection (Illustration)” was removed from the Team Dashboard.
- A new “Residual Policy Snapshot” now shows real rules: 3-month holdback, first qualified upline, and exact rates.
- Promotion preview is now progress-only (no income illustrations).
- Dashboard still includes real tools: org chart, leaderboard, recruiting feed, exports, and payout KPIs.

Is this guaranteed income?
No. Earnings only happen when real restaurants pay real invoices. The dashboard shows actual results, not promises.
When do residuals start?
Residual begins after the 3-month holdback period, per policy.

Are overrides paid every month?
