2. How much does a ride cost?
Ride fares are calculated based on:

Distance and time traveled
Demand (surge pricing may apply)
Toll fees (if applicable)
You will see the estimated fare before confirming your ride.
3. Can I schedule a ride in advance?
Yes! You can schedule a ride up to 7 days in advance using the "Schedule a Ride" feature.

4. How do I pay for my ride?
BlueBuzzer accepts:

5. Can I tip my driver?
Yes! You can tip directly in the app after the ride is completed. 100% of the tip goes to the driver.

If you leave something behind, you can:

Go to your trip history in the app.
Contact your driver through the app.
If the driver is unresponsive, contact BlueBuzzer Support.
7. How do I report an issue with my ride?
If you experience any issues, go to "Help" > "Report an Issue" in the app or contact BlueBuzzer Customer Support.

1. How do I sign up to drive with BlueBuzzer?
To become a driver:

Apply online at BlueBuzzer.com
Upload your driverโ€™s license, vehicle documents, and insurance.
Pass a criminal background check and vehicle inspection.

2. What are the driver requirements?
To drive with BlueBuzzer, you must:

Be at least 21 years old.
Have a valid driverโ€™s license.
Own a 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer in most cities).
Pass a criminal background check and driving record check.
3. How do I get paid?
Drivers are paid weekly via direct deposit. You can also cash out instantly using BlueBuzzer Wallet.

4. How much can I earn?
Earnings depend on:

Trips completed
Surge pricing & bonuses
Tips from riders

5. Is there a background check fee?
Yes, drivers must complete a $50 background check. To make it easier, BlueBuzzer deducts $1 per trip until the full $50 is covered.

7. What happens if a rider cancels a trip?
If a rider cancels after 2 minutes, you will receive a cancellation fee.
