Always meet your driver at the specified pickup location.

Add funds to your wallet for faster and seamless payments.

🚖 For Drivers
1️⃣ How to Sign Up as a Driver?
Complete the driver application on BlueBuzzer.com.
Submit required documents (License, Insurance, Vehicle Info, and Background Check).
Once approved, start accepting rides!
2️⃣ Earnings & Payouts
Earn per trip based on fare, distance, and time.
Payouts are processed weekly to your registered bank account.
Check earnings and trip history in the Driver Dashboard.
3️⃣ How Does the Background Check Fee Work?
BlueBuzzer deducts $1 per trip until the $50 background check fee is covered.
After reaching $50, no further deductions will be made.
4️⃣ How to Handle Ride Cancellations?
If a rider cancels after you arrive, you may be eligible for a cancellation fee.
Drivers can cancel if a rider is unreachable or in violation of safety policies.
5️⃣ Safety Guidelines for Drivers
Verify rider identity before pickup.
Report suspicious activity to BlueBuzzer immediately.
Use in-app navigation for accurate routing and safety.

1️⃣ I Forgot My Password!
Go to Login > Forgot Password to reset your password.
Follow the instructions sent to your registered email.
2️⃣ How to Update My Profile Information?
Riders & drivers can update their details in the Profile Settings section.
Drivers must resubmit documents if updating vehicle, license, or insurance.
3️⃣ App Not Working?
Ensure your app is updated to the latest version.
Restart your phone and check your internet connection.
