BlueBuzzer Driver Requirements & Reliability Policy

THE BLUEBUZZER RELIABILITY PLEDGE
At BlueBuzzer, we take pride in our commitment to scheduled trips. When a rider books with us, they trust that their driver will prioritize that time and honor the scheduled commitment. This reliability is what sets us apart and keeps our customers returning.

Canceled trips—especially after accepting—create frustration, damage customer trust, and go against BlueBuzzer’s scheduled trip policy. Our riders expect—and deserve—dependability.

When you accept a scheduled trip, you are expected to prioritize and complete it unless there is an unavoidable emergency. Repeated cancellations after accepting trips will result in disciplinary action, which may include temporary suspension or permanent removal from the BlueBuzzer Driver Platform.

We value drivers as part of the BlueBuzzer team, but reliability is not optional—it is essential. If a specific issue is preventing you from fulfilling trips, contact Driver Support so we can work with you on a solution.



MINIMUM DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
(Your documents must be valid, legible, and kept up to date.)

• Full-coverage auto insurance (active policy in your name or your legal entity).
• Valid driver’s license for your current operating state/region.
• Current vehicle registration.
• Valid vehicle inspection (per local law).
• Clear profile selfie (no sunglasses) — updated every 12 months.
• Completed 1099 Independent Contractor application, background check authorization, and tax details.



PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
(Stay inside these lines—this is how we protect rider trust and your earnings.)

• Star Rating: Maintain between 4.8 and 5.0.
• Cancellation Rate: Keep between 0.0% and 1.0%.
• Weekly Cancellation Threshold (0/3): If you cancel 3 trips within any rolling 7-day window, you will be locked from driving for 1 week.

These standards apply across all active BlueBuzzer regions: Virginia, West Virginia, and the Dominican Republic.



ENFORCEMENT & DISCIPLINE
(We’re serious about scheduled reliability.)

• First spike or concern: Notice and coaching.
• Repeated cancellations after accepting: Temporary suspension.
• Persistent pattern or severe breaches: Extended suspension or permanent removal.



DOCUMENT REFRESH & EXPIRATION
• Insurance, registration, and inspection must be renewed before they expire.
• Your profile selfie must be refreshed annually.
• We may request updated documents at any time to maintain compliance and safety.



HOW TO SUBMIT / UPDATE DOCUMENTS
• Use the BlueBuzzer Driver app to upload Insurance, License, Registration, Inspection, and your Selfie.
• Make sure photos are sharp, edges are visible, and text is readable.
• If you run into upload issues, reach out to Driver Support.
