Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern access to and use of BlueBuzzer's websites, rider and driver applications, transportation marketplace features, scheduled services, payment and wallet features, food-related services, support systems, and related programs.

Effective: February 2, 2025 Last updated: August 14, 2026

Important terms at a glance

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Independent providersDrivers and other third-party providers generally provide services as independent contractors and are not employees or agents of BlueBuzzer.
Charges and cancellationsTrips, wallet funding, cancellation fees, tolls, surcharges, cleaning or damage fees, and other charges may apply as disclosed in these Terms or at booking.
Dispute resolutionSection 12 contains an individual binding arbitration agreement, class-action waiver, exceptions, and pre-arbitration notice requirements.

1. Contractual Relationship

Welcome to BlueBuzzer LLC ("BlueBuzzer," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BlueBuzzer's mobile applications for riders and drivers, the website at https://bluebuzzer.com, and any associated transportation, delivery, payment, wallet, communication, marketplace, support, promotional, or other services we make available (collectively, the "Services").

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and BlueBuzzer. The words "include" and "including" mean "including, but not limited to." By accessing or using the Services, you confirm your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

These Terms supersede prior general terms governing the same Services, but they do not override a separate written agreement between you and BlueBuzzer concerning driving, delivery, employment, contracting, partnership, a specific program, or another service. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms, that separate agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.

Supplemental terms or policies may apply to a particular ride option, event, promotion, membership, business program, safety feature, jurisdiction, or service. Such supplemental terms are incorporated into these Terms for that offering and control if they conflict with these Terms regarding that offering.

Important dispute-resolution notice. Section 12 contains an Arbitration Agreement. Except for specified exceptions, it requires disputes between you and BlueBuzzer to be resolved through final and binding arbitration on an individual basis and includes a waiver of class, collective, coordinated, consolidated, and representative proceedings.

BlueBuzzer may revise these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice by email, in-app notice, website notice, or another reasonable method. Unless a different effective date is stated, updated Terms become effective when posted or when notice is provided, subject to applicable law. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.

2. Services & Platform

BlueBuzzer operates a multi-sided digital marketplace and technology platform that helps users request, schedule, coordinate, pay for, and manage transportation and other services offered through BlueBuzzer. Services may include scheduled rides, other ride options that BlueBuzzer makes available, food-related or delivery services, rider and driver communications, payment processing, customer support, business programs, referrals, promotions, and related features.

For riders

  • Request and schedule eligible trips or services through the app or website.
  • View estimated or quoted fares, trip details, driver information, route information, trip history, receipts, and status updates.
  • Pay through supported payment methods, including Stripe-enabled payment flows and BlueBuzzer wallet features where available.
  • Tip drivers, communicate with drivers or dispatch, obtain support, provide ratings, and use safety or trip-management features.

For drivers

  • Apply to provide services and upload identity, license, vehicle, insurance, inspection, background-check, payout, and other required documents.
  • View eligible trip opportunities, accept or assign permitted trips, communicate with riders, manage vehicles, review earnings, and access wallet or payout functionality where available.
  • Use navigation, availability, trip-status, safety, customer-support, and other driver tools offered by BlueBuzzer.

BlueBuzzer is a technology platform. Unless BlueBuzzer expressly states otherwise in a separate written agreement or applicable law requires otherwise, transportation or delivery is provided by independent third-party providers. Access to the platform does not by itself create an employment, agency, joint-venture, franchise, partnership, or similar relationship between BlueBuzzer and a third-party provider.

Safety standards, screenings, platform rules, training materials, document requirements, operational guidance, trip monitoring, or other safety-related efforts do not by themselves create an employment or agency relationship.

License and restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, BlueBuzzer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, and non-transferable license to access and use the Services and BlueBuzzer applications on compatible devices for their intended purpose.

You may not remove proprietary notices; reproduce, sell, resell, sublicense, distribute, publicly exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from the Services; reverse engineer or decompile except where law expressly permits; frame or mirror the Services; introduce scripts, bots, malware, scraping tools, or other mechanisms that burden or interfere with the Services; circumvent security or access controls; or attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, networks, data, or features.

Ownership

The Services, software, interfaces, designs, trademarks, trade dress, content, and all rights therein remain the property of BlueBuzzer or its licensors. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you. You may not use BlueBuzzer names, trademarks, logos, service marks, trade dress, domains, or confusingly similar identifiers without prior written permission, except for ordinary use necessary to access the Services.

3. Accounts & User Conduct

You must register and maintain an active account to use most Services. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, unless BlueBuzzer expressly offers a particular service under different lawful eligibility terms.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including a valid phone number, email address, address where requested, identity information where required, and a supported payment method. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Unless BlueBuzzer permits otherwise, you may maintain only one personal account of each applicable account type.

You may not create or maintain an account if you have been permanently banned from the Services unless BlueBuzzer expressly authorizes reinstatement. You may not sell, rent, transfer, or permit unauthorized third parties to use your account.

User requirements and conduct

  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes and comply with applicable laws and BlueBuzzer policies.
  • Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, assault, endanger, defraud, exploit, or abuse another user, driver, employee, contractor, merchant, or third party.
  • Do not transport or request transport of unlawful or hazardous materials through the Services.
  • Do not create fraudulent bookings, abuse promotions or referrals, manipulate ratings, payment flows, cancellations, or driver availability, or submit fraudulent documents.
  • Do not cause unreasonable nuisance, property damage, sanitation hazards, or interference with another person's use of the Services.
  • Provide proof of age, identity, ownership, payment authorization, or other verification when reasonably requested. Refusal may result in denial or restriction of access where lawful.

Ratings may be used to promote accountability and safety. BlueBuzzer may investigate reports, limit matching between users, restrict features, suspend accounts, or deactivate accounts based on safety, fraud, conduct, documentation, legal, or platform-integrity concerns, subject to applicable law and any review or appeal rights BlueBuzzer provides.

4. Driver Terms & Requirements

Drivers are responsible for meeting all eligibility and legal requirements applicable to the jurisdiction in which they provide services. Requirements may vary by state, territory, country, city, airport, or service type and may be updated when law or BlueBuzzer's safety standards change.

Minimum driver requirements

  • Hold a valid driver's license accepted for the applicable service area and meet BlueBuzzer's minimum driver-age requirement for that market.
  • Pass required identity, driving-history, criminal-background, sanctions, eligibility, or other screenings where permitted or required by law.
  • Maintain current driver, vehicle, registration, inspection, insurance, and other documents required by BlueBuzzer or law.
  • Maintain a roadworthy, eligible vehicle that satisfies applicable BlueBuzzer and jurisdictional requirements.
  • Use a compatible smartphone capable of running the BlueBuzzer Driver application and receiving trip, navigation, communication, and safety information.

Required documents may include a driver profile photo, vehicle registration, proof of insurance, driver's-license images, inspections, background-check authorization or results, and other market-specific records. Failure to update an expired or required document may cause temporary deactivation until compliance is restored.

Vehicle and emblem requirements

Vehicle standards may differ by market. BlueBuzzer may require specific seating, door, condition, title, inspection, age, classification, or other criteria. When required by BlueBuzzer or local law, drivers must properly display the BlueBuzzer emblem or other identifying trade dress while providing BlueBuzzer services.

Insurance

Drivers must maintain all automobile insurance required by applicable law and BlueBuzzer for the services they provide. Drivers are responsible for understanding whether personal, commercial, rideshare, livery, transportation-network, or other coverage is required in their jurisdiction and for maintaining coverage in force. Nothing in these Terms waives, limits, or replaces any insurance obligation imposed on BlueBuzzer or a driver by applicable law.

Independent contractor relationship

Except where a separate written agreement or applicable law provides otherwise, drivers provide services as independent contractors and not as employees, actual agents, apparent agents, or ostensible agents of BlueBuzzer. Drivers control the manner and means of providing their independent transportation services subject to law, safety requirements, platform standards, and the terms of any applicable driver agreement.

Earnings and commission

BlueBuzzer may publish or offer commission structures, service fees, incentives, tips, bonuses, payout schedules, or other compensation arrangements. Applicable terms shown in the driver app, driver agreement, trip offer, program terms, or dashboard govern. Tips designated for drivers are passed to drivers subject to payment-processing adjustments, fraud review, chargebacks, tax withholding where required, and applicable law.

If BlueBuzzer requires a driver-paid background check, subscription, document fee, or other program cost, the applicable amount and terms will be disclosed through the driver application, onboarding flow, or separate program terms before the charge is imposed.

5. Payments, Wallet & Refunds

Use of the Services may result in charges for transportation, delivery, food, tips, tolls, taxes, surcharges, cancellation fees, waiting fees, stops, cleaning, damage, lost-item handling, wallet funding, or other products, programs, or services (collectively, "Charges"). Charges may vary by service, geography, time, demand, route, distance, duration, vehicle type, promotions, or other disclosed factors.

Payments may be enabled through Stripe or other supported processors. BlueBuzzer does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers when payment information is handled directly by the processor. You authorize BlueBuzzer and its payment processors to charge the payment method associated with your account for valid Charges. If a primary payment method fails, BlueBuzzer may attempt another payment method saved to your account where permitted.

BlueBuzzer may establish or adjust pricing and Charges. We will use reasonable efforts to disclose the applicable fare, estimate, quote, fee, or pricing basis before you incur a Charge where reasonably practicable. Promotional pricing, discounts, coupons, referral credits, and incentives may differ by user and may be changed, limited, or withdrawn as stated in their applicable terms.

Rider wallet

The BlueBuzzer rider wallet is intended as a convenient method to pay for eligible BlueBuzzer services. Wallet credits are not a bank account, deposit account, stored-value bank product, investment, or interest-bearing account.

  • Wallet funds are intended primarily for BlueBuzzer services and may be used for eligible bookings, tips, or other supported BlueBuzzer transactions.
  • Wallet credits generally remain available for future eligible use and do not accrue interest.
  • Wallet balances are not automatically redeemable for cash and cannot ordinarily be withdrawn to a bank account unless BlueBuzzer expressly authorizes it or applicable law requires otherwise.
  • BlueBuzzer may restrict transferability between accounts or between different BlueBuzzer programs to prevent fraud, comply with law, or preserve program integrity.

Wallet refund requests

Wallet transactions are generally final, but BlueBuzzer may review refund requests involving duplicate charges, processing errors, company cancellations, services not rendered, documented technical failures, or other circumstances BlueBuzzer determines appropriate. A change of mind after voluntarily funding the wallet or an unused balance, standing alone, does not automatically create a right to a refund unless law requires otherwise.

To request a wallet refund, contact support@bluebuzzer.com. BlueBuzzer may require verification of the account, original transaction, identity, and payment method. If approved, processing time may depend on the payment processor or financial institution. Where lawful, BlueBuzzer may offer wallet credit, transfer to another eligible BlueBuzzer service, or another remedy instead of returning funds to the original payment method.

Nothing in this section limits refund, chargeback, cancellation, stored-value, unclaimed-property, consumer-protection, or other rights that cannot legally be waived.

Driver wallet and payouts

Driver earnings may be reflected in a BlueBuzzer driver wallet or earnings ledger. Payout timing, instant-payout availability, bank-transfer schedules, processor fees, reserves, reversals, chargebacks, tax reporting, fraud review, and eligibility requirements may vary and are governed by the driver agreement, payout terms, dashboard disclosures, and applicable law.

6. Trips, Cancellations & Fees

Riders may cancel eligible trips through the app, website, or support channels where available. Cancellation and no-show fees may apply based on timing, driver commitment, trip type, market, or other disclosed rules. Refunds or credits may be returned to the original payment method or wallet depending on the payment source, applicable policy, processor limitations, and law.

BlueBuzzer may cancel, reschedule, decline, or modify a trip or service when necessary because of driver availability, safety, fraud, payment failure, weather, road closures, emergencies, legal restrictions, force majeure, operational limitations, or other circumstances.

Damage, cleaning, lost items, and violations

If you cause damage, excessive mess, contamination, or another condition requiring repair or cleaning of a provider's vehicle or property, BlueBuzzer may facilitate a reasonable repair or cleaning Charge after reviewing available evidence. BlueBuzzer may request photos, receipts, estimates, statements, or other documentation. Charges related to verified damage, cleaning, lost items, or Terms violations may be non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.

If you believe a Charge is incorrect, contact BlueBuzzer promptly. Any contractual time limit for reporting a billing issue does not eliminate rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.

Animals and property

Except for service animals and other accommodations required by law, transport of pets or animals may be subject to the provider's discretion or a specific BlueBuzzer ride option. You are responsible for safely securing non-service animals and for damage or cleaning they cause.

7. Service Animals & Accessibility

BlueBuzzer supports lawful access for riders with disabilities and riders accompanied by service animals. Drivers must comply with applicable disability-access and service-animal laws and BlueBuzzer's Service Animal Policy. A driver may not deny service, discriminate against a rider, or impose an unauthorized surcharge because of a service animal where applicable law protects that rider.

Violations may result in investigation, suspension, or deactivation. Riders and drivers should contact BlueBuzzer support regarding accessibility concerns or service-animal incidents.

If BlueBuzzer offers a ride option involving assistance outside the vehicle, the scope of that assistance will be described in the applicable service terms. Users remain responsible for communicating needs and using appropriate mobility, restraint, or safety equipment unless law or a specific BlueBuzzer service provides otherwise.

8. Communications

BlueBuzzer may contact you using email, push notifications, in-app messages, telephone calls, or text messages at contact information associated with your account. Communications may include account verification, trip coordination, receipts, safety alerts, support messages, fraud warnings, policy notices, service updates, or legally required notices.

Where required by law, marketing calls or text messages will be sent based on appropriate consent, and you may withdraw marketing consent using the method described in the message or BlueBuzzer's Privacy Policy. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing transportation or other services where law prohibits such conditioning.

BlueBuzzer may facilitate calls, texts, chat, or other communications between riders and drivers. Use of these communication features is subject to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable law. Do not use them for harassment, threats, unlawful solicitation, fraud, or unrelated abusive conduct.

9. User Content & Feedback

BlueBuzzer may allow users to submit text, ratings, reviews, photographs, documents, audio, video, messages, contest entries, support materials, or other content ("User Content"). As between you and BlueBuzzer, you retain ownership of User Content you own.

By submitting User Content through the Services, you grant BlueBuzzer a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, modify, distribute, display, perform, and otherwise use that User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, protect, improve, promote, and provide the Services, investigate safety or support matters, comply with law, and exercise rights under these Terms. This license continues for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions for User Content you submit and that your content does not unlawfully infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights. You may not submit defamatory, hateful, threatening, exploitative, pornographic, unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, or otherwise prohibited content.

BlueBuzzer may review, restrict, remove, preserve, or disclose User Content where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the Services, comply with legal obligations, or respond to valid legal process.

Feedback

If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, proposals, or feedback about BlueBuzzer, you understand that BlueBuzzer may use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Do not submit confidential or proprietary information as general feedback if you expect BlueBuzzer to maintain it as confidential.

10. Third-Party Services & App Stores

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services, websites, payment processors, mapping providers, identity-verification vendors, communication providers, advertising platforms, merchants, financial institutions, or other external services. Third parties may have their own terms and privacy practices, and BlueBuzzer is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.

You are responsible for network access, compatible hardware, software updates, mobile data, text, voice, roaming, or other carrier charges required to use the Services. BlueBuzzer does not guarantee that every feature will function on every device, network, operating-system version, or geographic location.

Apple App Store and Google Play

If you obtain a BlueBuzzer application through Apple, Google, or another app marketplace, the marketplace's terms also apply. These Terms are between you and BlueBuzzer, not the app marketplace, except to the extent the marketplace's required terms provide it with third-party-beneficiary rights or other protections. Apple and its subsidiaries may be third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for applications obtained through the Apple App Store to the extent required by Apple's applicable developer terms.

11. Privacy & Data

BlueBuzzer's collection, use, sharing, retention, and protection of personal information is described in the BlueBuzzer Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that BlueBuzzer may process personal information as described there, subject to applicable privacy law.

Depending on the Services you use, information may include identity and account information, driver and vehicle documents, background-check information, transaction history, precise or approximate location, trip history, device identifiers, push-notification tokens, communications data, fraud signals, ratings, safety reports, and support information.

12. Arbitration Agreement

Please read this section carefully. Except for the exceptions stated below and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you and BlueBuzzer agree to resolve covered disputes through final and binding individual arbitration rather than a jury trial or class action.

A. Agreement to individual binding arbitration

Except as stated in Section 12(B), any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or prior versions of them; your access to or use of the Services; a transaction, trip, accident, incident, payment, communication, suspension, deactivation, or other event connected with the Services; or your relationship with BlueBuzzer will be resolved by binding arbitration between you and BlueBuzzer instead of in court, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You and BlueBuzzer each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to bring, participate in, or recover relief through a class, collective, coordinated, consolidated, representative, or other multi-plaintiff proceeding, except where applicable law makes such a waiver unenforceable. This Arbitration Agreement survives termination of your account or relationship with BlueBuzzer.

B. Exceptions to arbitration

The following claims are not required to be arbitrated: (1) an individual claim properly brought in small-claims court and kept there on an individual basis; (2) an individual claim involving sexual assault or sexual harassment where federal or other applicable law permits the claimant to elect court; and (3) a request for injunctive or equitable relief to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual-property rights.

These exceptions do not waive the enforceability of the Arbitration Agreement for other claims or defenses.

C. Federal Arbitration Act and arbitration rules

This Arbitration Agreement evidences a transaction involving interstate commerce. The Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq. ("FAA"), governs its interpretation and enforcement to the extent applicable. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, as modified by this Agreement, unless the parties agree to another administrator or applicable law requires a different procedure.

Except where law requires a court to decide the issue, the arbitrator will decide disputes regarding the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, formation, scope, waiver, or validity of this Arbitration Agreement and threshold issues of arbitrability.

D. Informal dispute resolution before arbitration

Before starting arbitration, the party asserting a dispute must provide written notice and attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally for at least 30 days. The notice must include the claimant's name, contact information, a description of the dispute, relevant account or transaction information reasonably available, and the relief sought.

Notice to BlueBuzzer must be sent to: BlueBuzzer LLC, Attn: Legal Department, 42841 Creek View Plaza, Ste 120 #237, Ashburn, VA 20147, United States, and may also be sent to legal@bluebuzzer.com. Neither party may initiate arbitration until the 30-day informal-resolution period has expired, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

E. Starting arbitration; location and procedure

A party beginning arbitration must submit a written demand to the other party and file with AAA in accordance with the applicable AAA Rules. Unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable rules require otherwise, arbitration will occur in the county or comparable jurisdiction where the consumer resides. For claims of $10,000 or less, proceedings may be based on documents unless a hearing is requested or required; larger claims are handled according to the applicable AAA Rules.

F. Award and fees

The arbitrator may award any individual relief available under applicable law and will issue an award consistent with the applicable arbitration rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in a court of competent jurisdiction. Filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees will be allocated according to the AAA Rules and applicable law. BlueBuzzer will not seek attorneys' fees from a consumer merely because BlueBuzzer prevails, except where a statute, rule, or arbitrator permits an award based on bad faith, frivolous conduct, or another legally recognized basis.

G. Severability and survival

If a provision of this Arbitration Agreement is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder will remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law. If a claim must proceed on a class, collective, consolidated, or representative basis because a waiver cannot legally be enforced, that claim will proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction rather than arbitration, while arbitrable individual claims may proceed separately as permitted by law.

13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." BLUEBUZZER DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

BlueBuzzer does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or available at all times, or that routes, ETAs, GPS information, pricing estimates, communications, provider availability, third-party content, or other information will always be complete or accurate.

BlueBuzzer does not control every act or omission of independent third-party providers and does not guarantee the quality, suitability, safety, legality, or ability of any independent provider. Drivers and other third-party providers are not BlueBuzzer employees or agents solely because they use the platform.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLUEBUZZER AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueBuzzer is not liable for losses arising from your inability to access the Services; delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, communications failures, government actions, emergencies, or events outside BlueBuzzer's reasonable control; inaccurate third-party mapping or GPS information; or a transaction or relationship between you and an independent third-party provider.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be limited, death or personal injury where law prohibits limitation, statutory insurance obligations, or any consumer or other right that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive or limit.

Users are responsible for proper installation and use of child-restraint systems and other personal safety equipment unless applicable law or a specific BlueBuzzer service expressly assigns that responsibility to someone else.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlueBuzzer, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable costs, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to: (1) your material breach of these Terms; (2) your unlawful use of the Services; (3) BlueBuzzer's authorized use of User Content you submitted; or (4) your violation of another person's rights.

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify BlueBuzzer for BlueBuzzer's own negligence, misconduct, statutory obligations, or other matters for which indemnification may not lawfully be required.

15. Suspension & Termination

BlueBuzzer may limit, suspend, deactivate, or terminate access to some or all Services when reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, nonpayment, document expiration, repeated cancellations or abuse, violation of these Terms or supplemental policies, legal or regulatory requirements, protection of users or third parties, or operational reasons.

Where appropriate and required by law or BlueBuzzer policy, users may receive notice, an explanation, an opportunity to provide additional information, or an appeal process. BlueBuzzer may act immediately where it reasonably believes urgent action is required to address safety, fraud, security, legal, or platform-integrity concerns.

You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable account-deletion process. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual-property rights, arbitration, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, and general legal provisions—continue after termination.

16. Governing Law & Forum

Except as otherwise provided in the Arbitration Agreement, supplemental regional terms, or applicable mandatory law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

For disputes that are not subject to arbitration, the parties agree to the state or federal courts located in Virginia to the extent that such forum selection is enforceable. A personal-injury or similar claim arising from an incident in another jurisdiction may be governed by the law or mandatory forum rules of the place where the incident occurred if applicable law so requires.

For users in the Dominican Republic or any other jurisdiction outside Virginia, mandatory local consumer, transportation, privacy, civil, procedural, or other laws continue to apply to the extent they cannot lawfully be displaced by these Terms.

17. General Terms

Notices

BlueBuzzer may provide notices through the Services, email, push notification, telephone, text message, website posting, or mail using contact information associated with your account. You may provide formal legal notice to BlueBuzzer at the address in Section 18, subject to any more specific notice procedure stated in these Terms.

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without BlueBuzzer's prior written consent. BlueBuzzer may assign these Terms to an affiliate, successor, purchaser, or acquirer in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or transfer of the applicable business, subject to applicable law.

Severability; waiver

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions remain in effect, except where Section 12 provides a different severability rule for arbitration. BlueBuzzer's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.

No partnership or agency

Except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement, these Terms do not create a joint venture, partnership, franchise, fiduciary, employment, or agency relationship between you and BlueBuzzer or between you and an independent third-party provider.

Copyright and trademark concerns

Claims concerning copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property infringement should be submitted through BlueBuzzer's contact or help channels with enough information to identify the work, allegedly infringing material, your contact details, and the basis for the claim.

Entire agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable supplemental terms and policies, and any separate written agreement governing a particular BlueBuzzer relationship constitute the agreement applicable to your use of the Services. If a separate written agreement states that it controls over these Terms, that agreement controls to the stated extent.
