Help develop, grow, and support BlueBuzzer operations in an assigned Dominican Republic region as an independent contractor.

BlueBuzzer SRL is accepting applications from qualified local leaders who are interested in supporting the development of BlueBuzzer in major cities throughout the Dominican Republic. This is not an employment position. Selected candidates will operate under a separate Regional Area Manager independent contractor agreement.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and support drivers
  • assist with driver onboarding
  • build relationships with local businesses
  • identify partnership opportunities
  • support local launches and events
  • report operational issues
  • coordinate with the Dominican Republic Operations Manager
  • provide local market intelligence
  • and represent BlueBuzzer professionally.

Recommended profile

  • Leadership or management experience
  • strong knowledge of the selected city or region
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to build community and business relationships
  • availability to travel within the assigned region
  • and the ability to work independently and responsibly.

Selected contractors may become eligible for performance incentives, milestone bonuses, future compensation consideration, or equity participation under a separate written agreement.
