At BlueBuzzer, we take pride in our commitment to scheduled trips. When a rider books with us, they trust that their driver will prioritize that time and honor the scheduled commitment. This reliability is what sets us apart and keeps our customers returning.
Cancellations Damage Trust
Canceled trips—especially after accepting—create frustration, damage customer trust, and go against BlueBuzzer's scheduled trip policy.
Reliability Is Expected
When you accept a scheduled trip, you are expected to prioritize and complete it unless there is an unavoidable emergency.
Important Notice
Repeated cancellations after accepting trips will result in disciplinary action, which may include temporary suspension or permanent removal from the BlueBuzzer Driver Platform.

Minimum Driver Requirements
Note: Your documents must be valid, legible, and kept up to date.
Full-Coverage Auto Insurance
Active policy in your name or your legal entity that meets state minimum requirements.
Valid Driver's License
Current license for your operating state/region with a clean driving record.
Current Vehicle Registration
Registration document showing the vehicle is properly registered in your name.
Valid Vehicle Inspection
Current inspection certificate as required by local law (within last 12 months).
Clear Profile Selfie
Recent photo without sunglasses, clearly showing your face. Updated every 12 months.
Completed 1099 & Background Check
Independent Contractor application, background check authorization, and tax details completed.
Performance Standards

First Spike or Concern
Notice and coaching from our support team. We'll work with you to understand the issue and prevent future occurrences.
Repeated Cancellations After Accepting
Temporary suspension from the platform. Length depends on severity and history.
Persistent Pattern or Severe Breaches
Extended suspension or permanent removal from the BlueBuzzer Driver Platform.
Zero Tolerance
Any fraudulent activity, safety violations, or discrimination will result in immediate permanent removal from the platform.

- Ensure photos are sharp with all edges visible
